Blake oversees the identification and acquisition of premier homesites throughout Georgia's Lake Country. With a background in real estate and deep familiarity with the market, he helps ensure each property aligns with the architectural intent, lifestyle goals, and long-term vision of the home to be built upon it.
Mark Brannen
Director of Construction
Mark brings over 30 years of experience in luxury homebuilding and residential construction. He leads construction delivery for each Blackstone residence, including permitting, scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, and on-site oversight.
